Twenty five years ago, I came to America with my family in hopes of starting a new life. Upon arriving I immediately realized the language barrier would be an obstacle to overcome. However, I was determined to make a good life for my family.
I persevered and did all that I could to learn the language and the world of real estate and as a result I was able to purchase my first home. I also fell in love with real estate and knew that this would be my ultimate passion.
I got my real estate license in 2001 and continued until 2008. I decided to step away from real estate to focus on raising my children, but I knew that I would someday return to real estate.
As a single mother of 4 children I knew the value of hard work, good communication, and how to build a network of friends and neighbors to help me raise my children.
With the "It takes a village to raise a family" philosophy I was able to enter the work force as a Medical Assistant and continued to move up to positions in the legal field as an Administrative Assistant and most recently to a position as a Lead Teller in the banking industry.
Although I was happy with my positions I felt it was the right time to return to real estate and continue to pursue my passion of helping others, especially in the Hispanic community.
I feel strongly that all families should have a home whether it's a rental, first home or forever home where they can establish roots and grow with their family.
