Personal Profile

I earned my PA real estate license in 1987 and NJ license in 2007. For over 20 years I worked for various builders in new home sales. Then, in 2012, I decided to try my hand in the re-sale real estate market. My insider knowledge of construction helps me to steer clients toward quality. My experience also gives me a unique perspective on marketing homes for sale. Being very organized and having a strong attention to detail helps to bring comfort to both buyers and sellers that I have worked with. Whether you are looking to sell a home or buy a home, I will work hard to make your real estate dreams become a reality.

Colleen Sullivan is the ultimate professional....her expertise is unmatched! She made the entire process smoother than I expected, and handled all aspects of the transaction with minimal stress on me. I can't imagine going through this process without her level of commitment and experience in real estate.

Colleen helped us buy the house. It was our first house. She is knowledgeable, caring, committed and responsive. I cannot say enough good things about Colleen! She is a great partner to work with in our big life event - buying/selling a house. Thank you!
  • Seller review
Colleen helped through so many different parts of buying and selling our home. She was available on nights and weekends and even drove home from vacation for us. She knows how busy we are with two kids, one being a newborn, and she went above and beyond to help us with phone calls, scheduling and appointments. We would absolutely recommend her services!
