However, she was kind enough to answer some questions and direct me in resolving my issues at the time. I was impressed at her willingness to help me even though she would not earn any commissions or get a listing from me. Now, 10 years later, I was in need of a good agent who could help me find a great house and I never forgot her willingness to help me back then. She was just as willing to help and guide me this time around. In the end, Natalie went above and beyond to get us into a real life dream home and the entire process went smoothly.
