It was a pleasure working alongside Ann Devane, right from the start. I had never sold a property and Ann made everything clear, concise, and perfectly laid out. I never felt unsure, always felt Ann was a very professional businesswoman and knew what she was doing. I liked her strategy both with pricing as well as soliciting offers. This strategy resulted in 5 offers within 4 days of listing the property. 3 of the offers were over asking, and the selected offer was at 16K over asking! This all wrapped up with a closing just 6 weeks later.
