Seller reviewPeggy was very prompt with her responses to me when I was considering selling for more than a year. When the time came we worked together very positively. At this point she has responsibility for selling another one of my properties and she will be getting me tenants for my investment properties as well. Very knowledgeable lady who gets things done. Can't say enough good things about Peggy and her team. She is also bilingual (not just academic - fully conversational) which is a big plus for me because she can function professionally in multiple demographic areas. That was a big requirement for me since my properties are in different communities.

We received a price for our property that was $100K higher than what other realtors had told us the property would bring. Peggy predicted how everything would work out and her prediction was accurate. She advised us on what to do and what not to worry about in preparing the property for sale, and answered any questions very quickly throughout the process. She also helped us find contractors to make some needed repairs quickly so that the property looked its best for sale.
