Coupled with his attention to my needs in a home resulted in me finding the right property for me. He was able to put together a deal that worked for both parties in the transaction and everyone involved was happy with the result. I would not hesitate to use Jim again. He was a must have in my search for a new home. The man knows his stuff and is a life long Mainer!
