Seller reviewIf someone is looking for a realtor that truly has their best interest in mind, chose Jill Avery. She sold my condo within 30 days. We had our first offer within a few hours of listing it, and multiple, over asking offers within 24 hours. Her dedication, talent, knowledge of the market and persistence throughout the entire transaction was unlike anything I've ever seen. She was patient with all of my questions, even when she was on vacation, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. There are many emotions that come with selling a home. Jill put me at ease, I gave her the keys and I put my trust in her. We closed the property at $32K over asking price because I took Jill's advice to make specific improvements to my home. I'm very thankful and appreciative of Jill Avery!

Seller reviewJill was amazing. From photos (took extra for us as keepsakes), availability for open houses and private showings, stellar communication, and knowledge of options. She got us the exact offer we wanted. Our closing was delayed due to extremely difficult buyers but Jill helped guide us thru all the difficulties with a calming experience well explaining the pros and cons of our options. I can't reccomend Jill enough.
