Buyer reviewInstantly Kim and I hit it off! Kim is a star! She knows her stuff for certain! The only issues we had were because of the other agent who was not a clear communicator, did not answer questions in a timely manner and certainly wasn't professional. Honestly Kim handled the other agent with aplomb, given the circumstances. Kim is cheerful and friendly, someone you want to tell all your thoughts, what might work better for you. She was great talking me through the process especially when things got complicated. I'm happy to be working with Kim again on the sale of the house I'm moving from!
