He worked hard to make sure that we were the most successful we could be in the selling of our home. Stephen also helped us in the search of our new dream home. He worked hard to make sure we felt comfortable during the entire process and we never felt pressured into making a move outside of our comfort zone. Stephen was an extraordinary asset to us as we sold our house and purchased our dream home. Stephen was incredibly helpful during the entire process.

We had a bit of a tight timeline, and Stephen got everything moving and listed quickly and effectively- so effectively that we ended up selling the house for way over asking, after only being on the market for about 48 hours! He answered all our questions, helped us to price the house at the "right" price to get the most interest, and was on the phone with us all night working out negotiations. He has been a great agent and an even better friend.
