I can only say wonderful things about Mary Ann, I really do love working with her. With supply of houses being short, Mary Ann was very quick to let me know when a new one came on the market and would always make time to see it on a minute's notice. She was always accessible, day or night, and I could always count on her. Could not have been happier with the experience. When it came to pricing, I'm certain I wouldn't have gotten this condo without her expertise. Two investors had given at price offers, and she knew how to navigate it and send an offer that still worked for us to get the condo. I'm so thrilled about the whole experience, it went so well. Mary Ann isn't just an excellent realtor, she's an amazing person. She is so pleasant to be with and work with that i wish I could rate her higher.

Mary Ann consistently thought outside the box in her sales plan for our unit...up to and including going above and beyond by contacting Seattle PD in an effort to have homeless living in Van's removed from in front of the property. Can't say enough positive things about Mary Ann. We have recommended her to others, and have plans to use her for another sale the first of next year.
