Seller reviewFrom the onset, our agent voiced understanding of the emotional connection our entire family had with this estate property. He sensitively provided concrete suggestions for readying the home to put on the market which was very helpful as we prioritized our efforts. His communication was consistently professional, personable, prompt, candid, and patient as we had a variety of questions throughout the process. Several times Rich was onsite to help coordinate local services needed to ready the property. An offer was received on this property within three days after being put on the market. It was a very satisfying process.
