I have worked with Century 21 over the past 23 years in Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Northern Snohomish Counties. I have only worked with the Century 21 office in Skagit County since obtaining my license as their Name is recognized world-wide. I love working all areas of Skagit County as it offers activities for all life styles with outdoor sports, camping, fishing, skiing, hiking and yet room to just sit and enjoy the beauty that is all around you. In the years that I have sold Real estate with Century 21 I have earned sales recognition in all the Top Producer sales divisions. I enjoy assisting buyers to settle into their new home and neighborhood as well as sellers move to a new home or to a new life in a different area. As a Realtor I strive to offer the very best service to my clients and through the years....many have become great friends.

Seller reviewWe purchased the home at 3336 E. Blackburn RD, with Sharon Stokes as our agent, in 2002. Sharon showed us several homes in the area, but when we saw this home, we knew it was the one for us! With Sharon's guidance, the purchase went as smooth as silk! In 2023, when we decided to move back to Montana, it was a no brainer, to enlist the guidance of Sharon Stokes, one more time! While in Montana when house went "on the market", we received word from Sharon that we had 3 offers to consider! After reviewing those offers and Sharon's guidance, we chose the strongest offer. This all happened in just 3 days!

Buyer reviewSharon was outstanding to work with. I'm a first time buyer, she explained in depth even the simple/novice questions. I never once got the impression her goal was commission money. Her goal was to help me understand the buying process, and showed genuine care for me from the initial showing of the property, and even after papers were signed and the sale was finalize, including checking in to see how things were going and if I was enjoying my new home. There were occasions where I would call her after hours and if she didn't answer, I would get a call back within minutes. In short, she was outstanding and I have recommended her to anyone I've come across who is considering buying a new home or property. If I ever buy an additional house or property, Sharon will be the first person I call.
