      • Having negotiated home sales and purchases since 1999, one of the most appreciated aspects of of my business is communication with my clients. When you know what to expect, the more at peace you are with the big decision you are making. There are many details of a transaction that I take care of behind the scenes, such as finding out the covenants of a neighborhood or the known history of a property condition or sales history. To make your experience go as smooth as possible, I am able to have you sign documents a variety of ways such as with the traditional paper/pen, fax/scan and the most modern method is through an online electronic signature program with your email address. The new construction and resale properties I have represented clients with, all have a unique story starting with negotiating offer terms all the way through the inspection and appraisal portion.

      • As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am held to a higher accountability standard non-member brokers licensed in Washington State. The code of ethics I follow are similar to that of the attorney-client privilege and those between a physician and patient. I am also a yearly member of the Washington State Association of Realtors, an organization which lobbies the legislature to protect property owners rights and keeps the costs of owning and even selling, down. The local Seattle King County Association of Realtors I belong too, works with local government agencies in attempts to balance the needs of housing demand, infrastructure needs and public safety, education and recreation opportunities.
      • As a certified Relocation Specialist, corporations such as Microsoft, Boeing and Lockheed Martin utilize my company services through home seller and home buyer relocation agencies such as CARTUS, SIRVA, Brookfield, Grable, Prudential and Weichert. As a Relocation Specialist representing clients, there is additional oversight by the manager of my company as well as the referring agency to ensure your experience it top notch!       • As a board member for a local neighborhood association, I have had the opportunity to bring forth information to attendees regarding property rights and real estate news. The locally elected position I hold as a Precinct Committee Officer, provides an extra voice for the consumer when I network with local community leaders and government officials. Public safety, affordable living and property rights are several of the consumer topics I discuss with people whom decide what public policy and law will be (or is).
