Buyer reviewShe was referred by a close friend! My friend had recently gone through the process of buying a home on her own and thought that Maryann would be the best fit! She was amazing! Answered all my questions and was so supportive through the process. This being my first time it was nice to have someone literally walk you through every step! I can't stress enough how amazing Maryann is! Just an overall amazing experience for my first time buying a home.

Seller reviewMaryann McFadden did wonderful work for us to get our house sold. She knew that it would sell to only certain types of people, she made perfect recommendations for septic system design, surveyor, oil tank removal, flooring contractor, painter and handyman. I didn't move far from the home we sold, so I'll be using all of those people again. For every one of the problems that arose, Maryann had the correct answer and knew how it needed to be handled. Maryann knows the region so well she also helped us find the perfect place for us to live.
