I'm an older Christian woman, so I pray a lot about everything. Prayer led me to call Century 21 Northland in Grayling and to be able to talk with Aaron Raymond. I chose Aaron as my broker during our first phone conversation. You can learn a lot about a person just by listening to them. During that first phone conversation, Aaron was very courteous, patient, and understanding while listening to me explain my story regarding selling a cabin that had been in my extended family nearly 50 years. I could tell he was knowledgeable of realty and eager to get started in helping me. By example, despite a major snowfall the day/night of our phone conversation, Aaron made his way -the very next day -through an additional foot of snowfall to look at the cabin and call me right away. Choosing Aaron as my broker is one of the top 10 best decisions I've ever made; No regrets! He's a good man. From start to finish in selling our cabin, Aaron Raymond went above and beyond in helping me. I'm sure I must have drove him crazy with questions, but he never let on that I was; he was always patient with me. I've had to sell or buy homes 3 times, but in those cases, I had help from my husband while I sat on the sidelines. In this case, I was acting alone, so it was a new experience for me. Anytime I contacted Aaron with questions, he answered me back in less than or within a very few minutes, and offered good advice. Aaron knew it was important to me that our cherished family cabin be sold to people who would want to fix it up and enjoy it like we did for 10 decades. Aaron found the perfect buyers! The closing went unimaginably smoothly, and without a hitch, and I was given time to meet and talk with the new buyers. This wasn't an easy decision to sell our family cabin, even though I knew it was time to let it go; to hope and pray the right people would buy it, and make their own great memories. Aaron Raymond helped me through the whole process offering patience, kindness and knowledge. Aaron was excellent in terms of all of the above characteristics. I trusted him completely, because he's a good man. I would enthusiastically refer others to him, and I will do just that in the future. The receptionist was very kind and polite whenever I called Century 21 Northland in Grayling. She left a good impression on me, as well. Aaron Raymond is the best broker in my experience. I have 6+ decades of friends who have never shared such good stories after having dealt firsthand with realtors/brokers. Aaron made every decision needing to be made easy for me. He helped me to understand every single thing with respect to selling a property. He was always easy to reach (patient and considerate) and quick to answer my questions. I hope he can enjoy a nice vacation after this...
