We picked up immediately and found a great property which Curt on a weekend jumped up when called to investigate and go to the site. He also helped in guiding through other steps in the process. Seller reviewWe dealt with him over 15 years ago on our first property purchase and he did a great job. Then he found us this property that we just sold and that process was quick and easy. So we wouldn't have gone with anyone else to sell the place he found for us 13 years ago. Great person to work with. The sale went great. We had a couple other PA's that didn't close but he didn't give up. Curt answered all my questions and concerns. He was a great help Pretty much summed it all up in the other comments. All went great and would call him again if interested in a future purchase

Buyer reviewKurt kept my husband and I in the loop of all aspects of the inspection/closing. Did have a hiccup with the Engineering company but by paying a large down payment and a land contract we did finally get to close on it. (Do not use Lapham Engineering...very unprofessional in my opinion). Kurt is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him again.

His greatest value was in his straightforward advice, knowledge of the local market, and willingness to lend his help to whatever was needed to get the property shown and sold. Being two hours away, I couldn't get to the property easily when issues arose, like a broken lock. Curt understood and was right there to get the issues handled.
