Josh made contact with us and after hearing what were looking for, sent us specific listing and followed up on some that would fit our needs. He walked us through the steps and suggested options for inspections and other businesses we would need to use. I've only used a realtor a couple times and Josh made the whole process easy and comfortable. If I had a question it was very easy to get an answer quickly and I never felt pressured or rushed to give an answer to a question or situation he would bring up. I feel he made this a great home buying experience for us.
