Buyer reviewTotally satisfied with Cinde Andersen's service & performance in all regards. She had information about all the houses she showed us so we could take notes as we looked. She pointed out pros & cons. She provided us with a list of home inspectors from which to choose. She monitored that the seller completed the requested repairs prior to closing & kept us informed. She ordered our title insurance. She followed up when the remote for the garage door opener was not provided at closing. Especially thoughtful of Cinde to provide "Congratulations" card & gift. Also, she drove with us to the office of settlement agent, Jenkinson Abstract Company, which we would only have found using google maps, as not familiar with Fairmont downtown at all. She waited for us outside Jenkinson until the closing was completed. Cinde was very thoughtful & helpful in all regards! Would highly recommend her & do business with her again!
