Seller reviewI highly recommend Cheryl Vancleef as a realtor, she was very helpful with my somewhat "awkward" house sale from start to finish. She's very approachable and answered any/all questions, communicated quickly and efficiently, too. I also appreciate Cheryl's wide knowledge of housing in the area and her suggestions that helped me decide how/when to sell my home (and to whom). The sale was completed in a very timely manner and she helped me do everything remotely (I was selling from another state). Cheryl is very professional but never pressured me which I highly appreciated, overall you can't go wrong with her expertise and thoughtfulness.

She was very patient with ALL of our many questions and responded in a timely manner. She has a very calm manner and never got agitated or dramatic. Good communicator, was present and on time for every meeting and appointment. Nice job! We would seek her out in the future.

She was quiet, polite, had pertinent information, listened to what I wanted and I decided to call her when I saw a property I wanted to look at. She showed me 3 other properties that fit my criteria, I made a choice. Cheryl handled everything. If I look for another property or if I know anyone looking, I will refer them to Cheryl.
