Barbara Matus was impeccable. It has been 20 years since we bought and sold a house. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying and selling process and kept in touch with us at each step of the way. She was also very accessible throughout both the purchase and selling of our home. She helped us sell our home in an area and time that was considered "slow" in terms of selling of homes and helped us get the best price for our home and sell it in less than one month! Then, she helped us find another home in only one week, which was truly amazing! Barbara was also very timely in all of the contract negotiations and forms that needed to be signed by both parties. There were many forms that needed signatures and she sent all of the forms necessary very quickly and helped us understand what each form was for and thoroughly explained the next steps in the process. She also did a great job helping us negotiate in the purchase of another home. Overall, Barbara is the best Realtor I have every worked with and I will highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a home.
