Buyer reviewI would absolutely recommend Kimberly Occhino! I was so nervous entering the homebuying process and Kim put me at ease. Kim and I had discussed what I would like in my new home and as we looked at homes were able to eliminate what I truly loved and what I didn't. Kim was very patient with all my questions and worries. Kim kept me informed throughout the entire process and assured me when I was getting worried I would not find what I wanted. I finally found exactly what I wanted and Kim worked very quickly to get my offer in and communicated effectively with the sellers realtor to ensure my inspection concerns were taken care of and we closed on time. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim I had a smooth home buying process and absolutely love my new home!
