Ted Pickett

    Ted was born and raised in the
greater Seattle area. Born in Seattle proper and grew up in Kirkland in

the Kingsgate area. He¿s currently
residing in Seattle.

    He has been in the business since 2002. He prides himself in
be able to bring buyers and sellers together with an emphasis on win-win
whenever possible, negotiating through the speed bumps in the home buying and
selling process, and being able to listen to the needs of his clients. Ted
offers compassion, dedication and commitment.

    Ted believes in giving back to the community. He plays music
in retirement homes twice a week and has taught skiing.

    What he sees in the future at Century 21 is to use the tools
