Seller reviewI used Al Diaz at century 21 NuVision to sell my late fathers SW side Chicago house of 60 years. I live in SoCal and he was absolutely essential in procuring contractors in moving out and disposing of furniture and trash, painting, repairs, electrical, cleaning, pest control, referring a real estate lawyer, etc. Al was so helpful he would FaceTime me from the house to view and discuss what minimal repairs needed to be done to show the house the best, and show me the work done afterwards. We were lucky to get a contract on the first day of showings, with the house looking better than it did for years for thousands less in repairs than I anticipated taking weeks later than I expected, and a closing in less than 60 days.
