I did some research online about local realtors in the area. I was impressed with the reviews that Barbara had in various places online. I ended up reaching out to several different realtors, but the most responsive, detailed, and personal responses that I got from Barbara and her team really set them apart from everyone else from the start. Barbara and her team were communicative throughout the entire process about where they were posting the property listing. They also were able to supply interesting statistics about the different locations where the property was listed, for example a summary of the amount of views of the property at each of the online websites. Barbara (and her whole team) were great throughout the entire home sale process. The thing that stood out the most to me was their patience with the home sale, and myself. I am sure it wasn't the easiest home sale that they have ever done, nor was I the easiest client to deal with. They handled it all with patience and professionalism. There were some issues that needed to be corrected at the last minute of the home sale and they were helpful in recommending and scheduling the work to be done, as I had already moved out of the state. I can't recommend Barbara enough. Everyone I dealt with on Barbara's team was top notch. I really liked the way that her entire team tackled any sort of concern that arose. I had such a good experience with them, and they were so helpful that I feel obligated to spread the word about their office. If anyone is trying to find a realtor, do yourself a favor and go with Barbara and her team. You won't regret it.

Buying a house can be stressful and overwhelming, but it was made so much easier and more enjoyable because of Barbara and her amazing staff. We highly recommend her and should we ever buy again, would not hesitate to call her.
