Solange is a very knowledgeable realtor. She found us a great deal and negotiated efficiently. I recommend everybody to call Solange for any real estate transaction. My partner and I worked with many other realtors before, but from now on, we will only use Solange's services.

Solange Mariani was beyond a blessing to me and my family buying this house. She built a report with my wife and I before even mentioning anything contact or money related. Solange clearly cares more about us being happy with the purchase of our home than a commission check. Solange knew and understood what house we wanted and needed and didn't let us waste our time on bad choices. She knew we needed a house before my pregnant wife delivered our first child. At one point I wanted to give up and I told Solange "I'm done". Solange never gave up on us and always assured me we can get through it. I am forever grateful for her hard work and there are no words I can use to express my gratitude to Solange Mariani. She was always there to answer any of my questions, and if another party was falling behind (bank, seller) she was always present and picked up the slack. Now my wife, baby, and I are happy in our new home and we do not have buyers remorse. The least I can say to you is thank you! You are truly a blessing.
