Buyer reviewKevin is great at knowing where the other party is at (meaning what the other party may be thinking or how they may react) during the offer and escrow portions of the transaction. This is important if and when negotiations are needed and also helps with timing certain portions of the transaction. I will continue to use Kevin for my transactions and property management needs.

Seller reviewKevin Uyeda did a great job with selling our house. He took great care of all the necessary items to make the house presentable for the open house viewings. All the formal paperwork was done accurately and quickly. We actually depended on him totally because we moved to Seattle WA. before the house was even listed on the open market. Communicating by cel phone was a little trouble some at times but we always had LueAnn's cel phone to call and somehow he always got back to us quickly after talking with her. They make a good husband and wife team and we like them very much. We know selling our house was not an easy task, but Kevin Uyeda made us feel confident it could be done with the least amount of stress and headache. Yes we will recommend him to others needing a good realtor in Hawaii.
