When I met Susan I felt like she was someone I would be able to easily work with and that she understood what I was looking for. Susan was great to work with. She always responded quickly to my emails or calls. Her knowledge of the Tomball area was extremely helpful. She knew a great deal about subdivisions in the area I was looking, and researched whether any houses I was interested in seeing had been through any flooding previously. I would definitely recommend Susan Peltier. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

This was an unfamiliar experience for me and through it all Susan respected my wishes and concerns as we maneuvered through the process.
