Seller reviewMy contractor met Colista while working on one of my properties. He told her about a house we were getting ready to sell. After showing her the house, she showed it to an investor she works with. The house was sold by Colista at more money than I was going to list it for. Everyone was happy. Since than she has taken me to see a couple of properties to look at. I have enjoyed working with her and hope to do so again.
