My pregnant wife and I were searching for a warm safe home for our future baby. This was our first time buying a house and Ethan made it very easy. We worked with a total of 6 realtors in our search for a home. 4 were shot down in less than a week due to their lack of response on questions. The runner up was a great agent, but overbooked and unable to provide us with the attention we required while buying a house 500 miles away. Ethan was prompt, excited to help, and looked at several lots before we found the right one for us. Outstanding results Final inspection was done by a co-worker and was "OK", I could see the same attention to detail was not followed. Best Agent I've ever had in my life!
