She never wasted any time when it came to needing signatures or finding out information for my wife and myself. Her communication skills were also very effective in keeping everything about the process simple and understandable as well. Especially when it came to all the paperwork we were signing. I have already recommended her to a few other people who are looking to buy a house in Arkansas.

This was my first experience in a home purchase and came in knowing nothing. Looking back I realize that some of the request that I made were probably unreasonable regarding the negotiations with the seller, and I asked him pretty dumb questions. Jillean was understanding and positive and made this experience a smooth one. Jillean was consistent and she communicated with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond and continues to do so even after the closing.

Her communication skills were top notch always keeping us updated about buyers and changes. She also made special arrangements and helped us with extras due to me having surgery right at closing. I know a lot of things she helped with was not "in her job description" per say but she was willing to help out no matter what obstacles came up. She truly has a heart of gold and cares for the people she helps. She did so much to help and we will be forever grateful to her for that. Jillean is AMAZING!!!! She goes above and beyond for sure.
