I have bought and sold approximately 10 properties in my lifetime and I can honestly say Leigh Ann Bussell is the most amazing realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. She absolutely wanted the best house for my husband and I and our needs. She wanted what I was gonna be happy with and believe me she worked over time on finding me that house. It was not an easy sell for her. She is an amazing person and realtor. She was truthful and I trusted everything she told me. She is one of a kind. I'm old and this will be my last house but I will tell everyone I know who to use if they need a realtor. One last thing, I had just sold my home and I didn't use that realtor to buy so that tells you something.

Leighann spoke confidently about the current market and that impressed me. Leighann followed through with every suggestion and her follow up was excellent. It is so refreshing that Leighann did exactly what she said she would do.

Leighann Bussell did an excellent job selling a rental house for us. She kept us and the tenant up to date on what was going on and took care of all the legal stuff for us. She got more for our property than we thought we could get and was able to find a buyer who would keep the current tenant in the house, which was important to us. I would recommend Leighann to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

Leighann Bussell was amazing from start to finish. I don't expect someone to keep worrying while on vacation, but we found her only a few days before she had to take her vacation, so she stayed in touch even while she wasn't obligated, calling other agents and setting up showings. If there was ever anything Leighann couldn't answer, she tracked the answer down and got back to us very quickly. I recommend her to anyone who feels like they're ice skating uphill in search of the right place. I felt like we had a friend, not just a realtor. She really went over the top. We tried to put gas in her car one day when she drove about 60 miles just to get to reach the first place on our list, but she insisted it was part of the job. I'm pretty sure she wears a cape when she's not working. The brokers were also great, getting through most delays without trouble, which I assume requires excellent knowledge of the business.
