I had just let go of my previous realtor so I was a little gun shy as that experience was awful, but I found Nikki from an neighborhood posting on Facebook that she was selling their home. Nikki jumped at the opportunity to talk with me and come see my home and give her honest opion and recommendations. I felt very comfortable with her right off the bat and she actually listened to me. Within the first week she had an open house set and a broker opening. Blew my mind how on top of everything she was. The whole process she made me feel comfortable and had no problem answering any questions I had, even I'm sure the ridiculous ones. She was always prompt and communicated well with me at all times.
