Buyer reviewI was working with another Realtor initially, but it wasn't going well, they weren't very timely. I mentioned to a friend my situation and he gave me Jan's number and recommended that I give her a call, and I am so glad that I did! Jan was wonderful to work with and very personable. She was a great communicator. I appreciated her help and MOSTLY the way she was always fast; she wasn't going to let me miss an opportunity - which was critical at the time of my search in the market. Jan was always prompt in replies to communication or questions. She was flexible and willing to work with my work schedule. She was an effective communicator. She was very personable and easy to express questions or concerns too. She seemed to have genuine care for her client and it was very much appreciated. Jan is surely an assett to Century 21. I have worked with 4 Realtors in my years of life in either purchasing or selling a home. Jan was the best!

Buyer reviewJanice and Roger were extremely helpful in helping me find my new home and selling my old property. It did not matter when I called, they picked up the phone and address any questions or concerns I may have had. They also went out of their way to keep me informed on anything I needed to know or do as well as keeping in contact with a mortgage company, title company, and others so that everything was completed by the Settlement date. I was referred to them by my sister-in-law in 2005 and they help me purchase my first home and it is their professionalism and dedication to their clients that keeps coming back to them and referring them to anyone looking to buy or sale a home or property.

The results were better than I expected I work gladly work with them again I am going to recommend them to any friends and family looking to buy or sell a house Jan is very easy to talk to She takes the time to listen and understand where I was coming from Extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I wasn't sure how to proceed I needed to work with a roofer and I had no idea where or who to consult with Jan has many contacts and she was able to set an appointment with him for me I wouldn't have been able to sell my house so quickly without Jan and Roger's help
