Seller reviewI needed a strong property manager and I am so glad I found her. Being remote Shannon organized the process kept me involved and had the property sold above ask in 2 to 3 weeks. The whole process was managed properly and went smoothly. The kept their price above 500k I have dealt with many other agents buying and selling properties. She outshined them all.

Buyer reviewI recently bought a house with Shannon Kolling. As a first time homebuyer, I needed someone who was very knowledgable about the process and able to walk me through all the steps without feeling super pressured or rushed in anyway. I also had kind of a weird house I was looking for. Not really a specific location but more just a place that felt right when I walked in. (It's crazy... I know) Shannon somehow figured out exactly what I was looking for, found me multiple houses that checked all of my boxes and helped me through the process every step of the way. She was also like my real estate therapist (which I didn't know I needed but am now glad that I had her) and made the whole process much more enjoyable and much smoother. 10/10 would def reccomend her to any and everyone!!

I would definitely recommend her to friends and family or use her in the future if and when we would need a realtor. Shannon was always on top of everything. I loved how she would point out certain details that I accidentally miss. Also she was very direct and clear on what needed to be done. When looking at houses I definitely felt shannon was very trustworthy. She pointed things out or made sure we knew certain things about the house before putting in offers. We felt she cared and didnt just try to throw us in any home. Always a pleasant experience when she showed us a house
