Buyer reviewGail is the best! I wouldn't consider working with anyone but her. She gave me the feeling that she had my back, and wasn't going to let the seller walk over me. She would tell me things, that I had never even thought about or taken into consideration. It always seemed as if I had a leg up in the process. She is kind, soft spoken and extremely professional. She also stands her ground, when dealing with the seller. I am very thankful to have worked with her, and as I said, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!!!!

Seller reviewGail was our 3rd agent. We listed our home in March and went through two not so favorable experiences with two other agents and by July, we felt we had lost a valuable 4 months on the market during the spring/summer selling season. We had a very stale listing with both agents, very few showings and no offers. We signed on with Gail on July 11th and the very next day we had a showing and an offer! It wasn't the offer for us, and Gail let us make that decision on our own but offered input when we asked. 45 days later, we were under contract and 9 weeks after hiring Gail, we closed on the sale of our home. She was the consummate professional from start to finish and she had such a calming presence when the stress of selling our home seemed to be at its peak for us. She is the consummate professional at all times.
