James is highly responsive, organized, paying close attention to my needs. He seamlessly communicated among the builder, the lender, the title company and me to successfully close the deal, like a conductor of a symphony. James is also super personable and has a great sense of humor. James Bastien is the best real estate agent one could ever ask for. Would strongly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

Buyer reviewI have never been a fan of realtors because they tend to be over-paid and under-worked. James changed my perspective. There are several occasions where James went above and beyond. James continually made himself available to meet with us on OUR SCHEDULE. He made every effort to keep us informed of current market conditions and availability. He even provided important information to aid in market offers and helped us match our home that we are truly happy with. James met us at every property when we asked him to be there, and never kept us waiting. He understood our needs and did not let us miss an opportunity.

For a non-local buyer like me, he frequently and consistently sent me property videos/pictures during the 9 months construction period. Just can't say enough good things about James. Would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor's help find their dream house Mr Bastien is the best realtor I've ever known.

Buyer reviewWe selected Century 21 as the broker because after meeting Mr. James, we knew he was the right fit for all the needs that we had. He was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. He always gave his honest opinion when we asked for it and he was not pushy in any way. Mr. James was present at all aspects of our homebuying experience. He referred us to local inspectors and he also answered every question that we had in regards to any house we looked at and primarily to the one we ended up purchasing. We just LOVE Mr. James! He is soooo nice!
