I met Jimmy Terry in a unrelated business encounter, we exchanged numbers and based on that established connection I reached out to him when me and my wife were ready to search for a home. Jimmy Terry made the process very smooth and easy, his knowledge of exactly what we were looking for allowed him to take us exactly where we wanted, within our parameters and budget we found our dream home on the first and only day of house hunting. From there the ball moved really fast and like I said it was almost too easy, everything went very smoothly and was as stress free of a process as it could be. JT was outstanding! Because of the organic relationship we developed on that first encounter, it really felt like we were dealing with a friend and someone who had our best interests in mind. He was available and there for any and every question we had, the process was so fast from start to finish, but he was readily available throughout.
