I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much about the process involved when it came to buying a place. Anna was a fantastic and light hearted character to have around and I could tell she really strived hard to be as professional as possible during the whole process. It was nice to know that the person I was working with was in my same age group, which helped her understand better what I was looking for, and why certain things mattered to me. Coming from a different state, there were things she went out of her way to do in person that I just couldn't make work being a long way away, and I'm appreciative of her work ethic for her job. Her knowledge of the area was top tier, and really helped me explore different possibilities and angles within my budget from A to Z. If you end up working with her, you're in good hands, and she knows what she's doing, I definitely got educated more than a couple times with proper information from her about different things I wasn't familiar with. She is educated, smart, and sincere, with enough good spirit to lift the room. I greatly appreciate her services and would reccomend her to anyone I know.

Anna was amazing! She was super friendly and able to answer our questions! She really seemed to have a knack for what she was doing which made for super smooth transitions in the process. Anna was phenonmenal!! She really saw to our wants and needs and kept an open mind at all times. She was very helpful when we needed favors as we were buying from out of state so getting to Mason City for smaller things proved troublesome.
