Richard was beyond patient with me an my wife when it comes to adjusting to new wants and needs. Also seeing as this was our first home purchase, Richard was very open, informative, and had an ton of insight on the process from start to finish. Even though this journey took a very long time from getting our finances in order to the signing of the final documents, Richard ensured us that no matter the market that he would not stop till he found us a home that was with in our travel distance and our budget for the present and the future. As Richard put it "lets get a house but ensure you are not house broke" which means we can pay our mortgage and still enjoy life with in and outside of our home and that's means a ton as I have read and heard horror stories of people buying homes but not being able to enjoy anything and are stuck just finding a way to make sure they can afford their mortgage, but due to Richard we are not in that category because of his help. Communication was above and beyond no matter if it was just a check in or setting up showings to see homes to making sure we understood every aspect of the paperwork. Cant wait to recommend him to anyone who I know will be looking for a home or even just to talk to him to see what he can do for them. As a Realtor Richard Hainline is very thorough. Richard Hairine is very detailed oriented and organized. I would recommend Richard Hainline he has great work ethics he calls texts and emails you when he says he will. He texts you to let you know he has emailed you something to review then he calls you to go over things. Always was available to us.
