Jeff listened to my concerns about the selling process and preparing my house for staging. Over time, I had numerous questions that needed to be answered related to the transaction. Jeff responded in a timely manner and was helpful in each case. Jeff provided me the education I needed to fully understand all aspects of the selling and closing process. He stood up for me as the seller during negotiations and was respectful. I was impressed with his patience with the buyer's realtor, who, in my opinion behaved a bit unprofessionally.
