My husband, Gary, and I are long time residents of Grand Island, where I have gained vast knowledge of our local housing and commercial property markets. I earned my Master's Degree from Bellevue University in Public Administration and Business. Together, we are the owners of Weinrich Developments Inc, which specialize in building and remodeling rental properties, as well as custom handicap accessibility projects across the state of Nebraska. In addition, we are co-owners of Paramount Development LLC, where we specialize in building high end luxury apartments and commercial space rentals in the downtown area. As a real estate agent, my first priority is to make my clients pleased with each of their real estate transactions. I listen to their wants and needs to achieve the best result in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is enjoyable, relaxed and as stress-free as possible. I listed the house with Sonja on Wednesday afternoon, she showed the house that evening and we had an offer from another party (which I accepted) by that Saturday. Sonja has excellent communication skills and kept me informed on everything that was happening.
