Brad really gave us and the marketing of this property his full attention. This was not a 'big money' transaction, but he came with great dilligence anyway. He was always courteous, genuinely friendly, and professional. Frankly, my previous opinion of most real estate agents had not been flowery; I felt they did not 'earn' their commision.
