Seller reviewCandace Cain went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. My biggest issue with selling my rental property was understanding the tax implications. Candace understood that this was an end of year sale and it was very important that I sell my home in the proceeding year so that I could save up for taxes due in the proceeding year. This is a very critical concept related to planning for small landlords like myself. Candace worked with me to pave a selling plan that would work to my advantage. That is appreciated.,

She was open and honest as can be without crossing ethical boundaries. She communicated promptly! I did not go any time period without knowing what was going on. I'd recommend Candace as she is knowledgeable, if she doesnt know the answer, she will learn and pass the information along immediately.
