You are the M.V.P of real estate. We felt defeated when our new home construction fell through because of the developer but Cathy was there and reassuring us it will work out and guess what it did!!! Again thanks for superb service and helping us through this process. We are now homeowners.

Seller reviewCathy's communication was amazing. She would call every time she sent an email that needed filling out and completed which helped speed up our selling process. Throughout all of the inspections and appraisals she stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop on everything. She was respectful and truthful on everything. She respected all of my wishes and worked with me to create a selling plan to get the house sold. And even though we experienced trouble with the other agent at closing Cathy was able to keep everything on track to complete the sell.

I actually saw the home on realtor.com contacted my sister who contacted Cathy and they got the ball rolling for me. Cathy has always been available to me, even after normal business hours, since I was in a 13 hour difference time zone!!!! She was very courteous and professional! She made me feel like family by the way she handled my purchase!!! My hats off to her!!!!!
