So Yong Yu is responsive, knowledgable professional, and ethical. Just the things you want in a real estate agent. Further, she was instrumental in connecting me with appropriate area contractors to improve the property's resale value, and completely understood the idea of "spending money to make money" as opposed to making improvements that would (of course) increase the sales price without necessarily improving the net amount of dollars put into the bank after expenses. To her considerable credit, she willingly accepted my request for exclusive seller's representation, even though she had a couple of home-seekers in mind and thus had to share a potential commission with another agent from the same brokerage. I will not hesitate to use her again for any future real estate transactions in the Killeen/Harker Heights area. I just wish she was available in the Austin area...
