I was previously licensed in 2002 for 8 years and I missed it!!! After losing my dad unexpectedly on Feb 24th, 2017 at the young age of 67, I realized life is short and you need to have a life and a career doing what you love. I LOVE working with Buyers and Sellers, helping them make their dreams of home ownership come true. Whether it's their first home, or their last, it gives me the greatest joy in my heart! So, with the support of my family and friends, I left my job in the healthcare world and got back into Real Estate in Jan 2018.
-Recipient of 2 silver sales awards. -Buyers and Sellers I served have continuously given me five out of five Star ratings. -Married to Russ since Jan 1990. -Mom to Heather and her fiance', August and his fiance', and step-son Chris (whom I consider my own) and his husband. -SoCal born and raised, moved to Antioch, TN when I was 17, and have lived in Clarksville, Antioch, Nashville, and now Mount Juliet. So I know the Middle TN area well! -I pride myself on being a good listener and the majority of my past clients are now great friends! My other acquaintances were not as familiar with our community or price point. Arlene had our backs through the entire process start to finish. Arlene took us to view homes on a holiday and a Sunday and while her husband was recuperating from surgery. She did NOT have to do that, but she understood how quickly the homes were selling and how narrow our search was. Arlene provided us excellent guidance and recommendations and played a vital part in making our dream home come true!

She is very knowledgable on the entire process, and provided great advice and explanations since I came in as a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing! She even ensured to show me a few things outside my preferences to show the benefits and drawbacks, and I ended up choosing one of those specific houses! I appreciate all the work she put in to ensure a clean closing, even though there were issues on the builders end!
