I've been in the real estate game since I could walk, following in the footsteps of my father, an investor/broker in Charlotte, NC. My building science bachelor's degree from Appalachian State prepped me in the ways of architecture, construction and engineering ? PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT. App State's Boone locale, in the heart of North Carolina's Mountains, also set me on my path to outdoor recreation ? PASSION FOR ADVENTURE. So, before graduating in 2010, I bought my first house, in my dream locale ? Chattanooga, TN ? where small town vibes meet big city amenities. In 2018, I joined forces with Prestige Property Brokers, a small, boutique firm, focused on the custom client experience ? PASSION FOR RELATIONSHIPS. These passions guide my life and I relish the opportunity to guide my clients to theirs.

I got into real estate as an investor; grew up an investor's son and started my own property investing career at 23. Since earning my realtor license, I've helped my investor clients make the right decision for their specific circumstances. With a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification, I am well equipped to help my clients pay less and sell for more than the average agent.

Being new to the south we were not quite sure where we wanted to look by teaming with your two outstanding agents we were able to view TN,NC and GA. Now how many brokers can do that? After bidding on two other homes and almost giving up Carl and Karen didnt give up the fight and encouraged us to keep trying. Finally the third home was a charm...Carl sealed the deal even though the sellers broker was a royal pain! A new home and two life-long friendships with Carl and Karen!
