I am a real estate agent serving the great state of Missouri. Based out of Waynesville, MO, being in the middle of the state lets me help a variety of different cities. I love to cook and try to play pickleball every chance I get. I am originally from Iowa but find the atmosphere of the Show Me state to fit my lifestyle better. My profession has a stigma that I hope you will let me break by showing you what an honest and hardworking agent looks like. I have sold $1.5m in sales volume within the last 12 months. I graduated top 5 of my class in high school. Buyers and Sellers are my primary cliental. I serve the majority of the Missouri to help my clients who aren't just looking in the same town for a home. I give all my clients the same treatment because everyone has the same needs, getting a home.

His level of expertise combined with his passion to ensure we were happy/confident/satisfied with all of our decisions made this a very enjoyable process in which I would do again & again. The fact that he would go the extra mile to and/or gather information or he already had the answers to prior to me even inquiring; that showed me extreme care and compassion. He had no problem in answering a question on the weekend or after hours. This is the kind of Real estate agent you want working with you because he does display a great deal of pride in his work especially making sure his clients (myself) receive the utmost attention, thank you and I appreciate everything you've done!!

The plan is for this to be our forever home, but if ever we are in the market again, we would definitely want to work with Braden again!!

Buyer reviewWe have purchased many homes over the years and dealt with many realtors. My own parents were realtors. We feel like Braden was an exceptional agent. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to any questions or situation that arose. This has thoroughly been the best experience we've had and the process went so smoothly. We did most of it long distance as well, adding to his work. He made it feel effortless and that is rare. We will recommend him to friends and family. We were nervous being in a different state that neither of us was familiar with but we felt like we hit the lottery with Braden. He was courteous, patient, trustworthy, professional,very helpful and reassuring. We realized very quickly that Braden was a gem. We felt very fortunate to have him as our agent. His office is fortunate to have him as well. This was the smoothest process we've had in our home buying experience.it was actually enjoyable!
