She set up our inspection promptly, she arranged a contractors estimate for gutter work, she always notified us of new listings coming onto the market that she knew were in our criteria range, she had recommendations for purchasing furniture, lawn care and heating and air companies. She lifted our spirits when bids were not accepted, and encouraged us to make an offer on the home we did end up buying when we didn't think our offer would do.
