Buyer reviewAfter buying a house in February and then two months later my wife wanted a divorce and wanted to keep that house. So I had to get another house and it has been a very stressful year to say the least. As soon as I was able to start with the buying of another house Rolly was right there. I love the fact that he's not like a used car salesman and he doesn't harass you. But he was there when you needed. Johnny on the spot. Excellent and courteous all the way. Now that we found the second house and I bought the second house. So less than a year I had about two houses what's Rolly's. I've also sold a house before all of this with him as my listing agent. I'm telling you . Look no further. Rolly is awesome.

Seller reviewRolly knew right away how to sell a 100 year old house in a remote city with some structural issues that were critical to some potential buyers but not so critical for others. I really liked the way he handled the potential buyer's concerns, or lack thereof. I would recommend Rolly for all home sales but especially those in remote areas because he enjoys making the trip to show your home no matter where it's located.
